The contact form on your website created in the website builder Webwave is a basic way to get to your users. There is a basic contact form with quite restricted edition options in our builder. Sometimes though one needs creating more elaborated form containg at least an SMS confirmation or location on Google Maps.

In order to create such a from, you would need to go to  JotForm.com. There you may create an elaborated form which afterwords you will be able to add to your website.

Firstly, you should register or log in to your account

There are 5 forms avaliable of 100 Mb in the free version. Up to 1000 people can fill out the form in one month. If it is not enough, you can always buy a plan for  19$ / 39$ / 99$ corresponding to your needs.

The form creation itself is a simple matter. There all avaliable functions in the panel on the left side of the creator. You just need to select the fields, give them names and set thier appropriate order.

There are over 400 different extensions you can add in JoyForm. You can use and edit 2 avalaible themes in the free version. It is in the right top corner of the creator.

When you are done with your form, it only takes to generate the code which after you should add to a HTML element on your website. Click "publish" > "embed" > "copy code".
