To go to the store settings hover over the "Store" tab located in the bar on the top left, then click "Store Settings".
Add store terms and conditions to your store to inform your customers about the rules during purchase, to add store terms/conditions select "Store terms and conditions" option, then click "Add store terms and conditions" button.
Fill in all the fields according to your preferences.
Name — assign a name to your terms (visible only in the store settings).
Content — this is the text displayed in step 2 of the order process.
The condition is required — if this option is checked, the customer will not proceed to the summary unless they check the store’s terms and conditions in step 2 of the order.
Link to page — in this step, set the link to the subpage containing your store’s terms and conditions.
Note! In the case of a long set of terms and conditions, it’s better to write “I accept the terms and conditions” in the content field and use a link to the subpage.
We have the ability to connect two payment gateways to our system - they allow us to collect payments through different payment methods - each payment gateway has different payment methods.
To start collecting payments for products via gateways, press "Add payment method". Select a payment method from the drop-down list:

When configuring a payment method, we can set:
1. An image that will be displayed next to the payment method.
The image should be uploaded as a square.
2. The name of the payment method.
3. The message the customer will receive after placing the order.*
*The post-order message for the payment method can be filled in when selecting traditional bank transfer or in-person pickup.
Choosing a shipping option is a great perk. Some prefer a courier, others a parcel service and still others pick it up in person at the store. The WebWave shopping cart allows you to set any form of delivery. In the store settings, go to the "Shipping" tab then click the "Add shipping method" button.
Fill in all the fields according to your preferences.
1. An image that will be displayed next to the given shipping method.
The image should be uploaded as a square.
2. The name of the specific shipping method.
3. The shipping cost.
4. The VAT rate for the shipment.
5. Availability for payment methods — whether you want this shipping method to allow only online payments, cash on delivery, or all payment methods.
6. A description of the shipping method visible when it’s selected, for example: “By choosing this shipping method, you will receive your order within 2–5 days.”
7. Product weight verification.
Note! When enabling product weight verification, all products that can be shipped using this method must have their weight specified.
8. Option to ship to specific countries.
Add a discount code to your basket to encourage your customers to buy, to add a discount code go to "Discounts" then "Add discount code".
Fill in all the fields according to your preferences.
1. Code – enter the name of your discount code that customers will use.
2. Discount in % – enter the percentage value of your discount.
3. Maximum number of uses – optionally, set the maximum number of times the code can be used; the default value is “Unlimited.”
4. Expire date – set the expiration date of your code.
5. Discount range – choose whether the discount should apply to all products, specific product categories, or individual products.
When a discount code is active, a field to enter it will appear in the checkout. If no code is active, this field will not be visible.
Encourage your customers to make larger purchases on your website.
1. Move the “Enable free shipping” slider.
2. Enter the price from which free product shipping becomes available.
Once you set the amount that qualifies for free shipping, the checkout will display a message showing how much is left to reach that amount.
Appearance customization
1. The logo displayed in the top left corner of the checkout.
2. The header color of the email sent after purchase.
3. The background color of the header in the email sent after purchase.
4. The accent color in the checkout.
To add an additional field to the form, click the “Add field” button. This allows the customer to provide extra information for the order.
Field type – this setting allows you to choose the size of the field displayed for entering information. You can choose between two types: Text box – single line and Text box – multiple lines.
Label – the name of the field displayed as the title of the text box.
Required – determine whether this field must be filled in or not.
You can easily change your labels for any language version of your shopping cart(for EN version too). To add your own labels, go to "Personalization" tab, then click "Edit".
The next step will be to edit the individual labels:
1. Search for the label you want to change.
2. Select the label you want to change.
3. Orginal text - the selected text to change.
4. Translation - your translation of the selected text.
To save your labels click "Save".
1. Information visible when the customer confirms the order – In this step, you can add an extra message that appears when the customer confirms their order.
2. Information visible after a successful order – In this step, you can thank your customer for placing an order in your store.
3. Redirection after a successful purchase
Redirect your customer to any subpage on your website after a successful purchase. You can also choose to redirect them to a different language version of the site. It’s not possible to display a message after a successful order along with a redirection at the same time.
4. Enable/disable the new checkout
From here, you can enable or disable the new cart design.
After adding a product to the cart, its thumbnail appears in the preview. You can set it while creating the product or by going to Store → Product list → Action → Edit product details.
